When you compete with brands like Gatorade, you need to have your wits about you. The people at Rip It Energy took on the giants by looking for an Xtreme audience: the college student, and developing a unique proposition.

Working with ClickCulture, Rip It built on its brand name by teaming up with CliffsNotes for an online promotion. Focusing on exam week, the site offered all kinds of study tips, a contest and a unique “wake-up call” service. Since it was exam time Rip It and Cram It was a natural. The words took on an entirely new meaning—and benefit—to the target audience.  Suddenly, Gatorade was just another energy drink to thousands of college students. ClickCulture developed the website, software for the phone calls and promotional materials.
